Vancouver, B.C., October 1, 2013 - Forum Uranium Corp. (FDC: TSX-V) announces that it proposes to settle $126,625 due to directors and officers by way of the issuance of an aggregate of 377,985 shares at a deemed price per share of $0.335. The debt settlement remains subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
